Week Nine NFL Preview

Tom Brady meets up with Peyton Manning in the Game Of The Week and The Regular Season Game Of The Year.

Week Nine of NFL Season Starts Tommorow. Look below for a preview of every game with analysis and a pick of the winner.

Arizona At Tampa Bay 1:00 PM EST
Kurt Warner is hoping to rebound after throwing three interceptions two weeks ago against The Redskins. Tampa Bay will win the game. If Jeff garcia on target and the defense picks off Warner a couple of times, this one's in the bag.
TAMPA BAY OVER ARIZONA

Carolina At Tennesee 1:00 PM EST
Both of these teams have players injured at the Quarterback Spot. If David Carr cannot start for The Panthers, Vinny Testaverde's feel good story will continue for another week. If Vince Young is healthy for this game, Tennesee's Offensive Funk is over.
TENNESEE OVER CAROLINA

CINCINNATTI AT BUFFALLO 1:00 PM EST
The Buffalo Bills won last week as they defeated the New York Jets. Cincinnatti lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers last week. Buffalo has a two headed monster at Quarterback named Trent Losman, A Mixture of J.P. Losman and Trent Edwards. Okay, I'm kidding on that one. But my point is that it doesn't matter which one of these two aren't playing, the other steps up and plays just as well. The Bengals have easily been the most inconsistent team in the NFL. The Bills will win this game.
BUFFALO OVER CINCINNATTI

DENVER AT DETROIT 1:00 PM EST
Denver will win this game. I have not been sold on the Lions all season, but I also have not been sold on the Broncos. It's a toss up. I'll go with the Lions because they're at home.
DETROIT OVER DENVER

GREEN BAY AT KANSAS CITY 1:00 PM EST
If Green Bay cannot stop Larry Johnson, the Packers are in trouble. I'll go with the Chiefs because of Larry Johnson.
KANSAS CITY OVER GREEN BAY

JACKSONVILLE AT NEW ORLEANS 1:00 PM EST
This is a great matchup at the running back spot. Maurice Jones-Drew versus Reggie Bush. I'll go with The Saints because they are at home.
MEW ORLEANS OVER JACKSONVILLE

SAN DIEGO AT MINNESOTA 1:00 PM EST
The Present at the running back spot, LaDanian Tomlinson, taking on the future of the Running Back Spot, Adrian Peterson. Minnesota has a quarterback controversy now. Kelly Holcomb has surpassed Tavaris Jackson as the Starting Quarterback. I'll go with San Diego to win this game.
SAN DIEGO OVER MINNESOTA

SAN FRANCISCO AT ATLANTA 1:00 PM EST
San Francisco, even without Alex Smith under center, will win this game, as Atlanta is simply not good enough to beat them.
SAN FRANCISCO OVER ATLANTA

WASHINGTON AT NEW YORK JETS 1:00 PM EST
Washington will rebound from their beatdown defeat by the Patriots last week. The calls by Hets fans to Start Kellen Clemens will only get louder after this game.
WASHINGTON OVER NEW YORK JETS

Seattle At Cleveland 4:05 PM EST
Cleveland is coming off a win against the Hapless Rams. The Primetime game nobody will be watching. I'll go with Seattle because of Shaun Alexander and Matt Hasselbeck.
SEATTLE OVER CLEVELAND

HOUSTON AT OAKLAND 4:05 PM EST
This game alone has caused many people to order NFL Sunday Ticket, as the state of California and Some of Texas will be watching this loathsome contest. I'll go with Oakland only because Matt Schaub is not starting for the Texans in this game.
OAKLAND OVER HOUSTON

NEW ENGLAND AT INDIANAPOLIS 4:15 PM EST THE GAME OF THE WEEK AND GAME OF THE YEAR, UNTIL THE SUPER BOWL.
Whenever Tom Brady's Patriots meet up against Peyton Manning's Colts, fieworks are going to fly. The Colts won both of their regular season matchups in the regular season against The Colts last season. The Patriots had a 17 point lead at the end of the first Half of last season's AFC Championship Game until Peyton Manning and his Colts stormed back to finally take the lead on a one yard Touchdown Run by Joseph Addai with one minute remaining. The Patriots had to go eighty yards in just about one minute, but Merlin Jackson intercepted Tom Brady and The Indianapolis Colts won the right to go to the Super Bowl, where they defeated the Chicago Bears 29-17.

Fast Forward to the offseason. The Patriots, already great, became greater with the addition of Randy Moss and Wes Welker on Offense and Adalius Thomas on Defense. The 8-0 Patriots are meeting up against the 7-0 Colts. I think the winner of this game will win Super Bowl XLII.

The Patriots have scored at least 30 points in every game this season. The Patriots have won every game by at least 17 points this season. The Colts are getting Marvin Harrison back for this game, but they have not needed him. It doesn't matter who The Colta re missing, whether it's Marvin Harrison, or Joseph Addai, The Colts have plugged up the holes, and they have found a way to win. The Colts will have to score early and often, and they will have to protect against the blitz, because the Patriots blitz early and often. Everyone knows that any quarterback gets nervous when there are two are three guys ready to pounce on them. Peyton will have to stick with the short passing game.

This is the game of the year until the Super Bowl. I am picking The Patriots to win this game.
NEW ENGLAND OVER INDIANAPOLIS

SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
Dallas At Philladelphia 7:15 PM EST
If It Wasn't for Indianapolis versus New England, this would be the game of the week. Dallas versus Philladelphia is always a big NFC East Matchup, and it is no exception here. This is Tony Romo's first game since signing that six year, $60 Million extension. I go with the Cowboys because they are the best team in the NFC.
DALLAS OVER PHILLADELPHIA

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
Baltimore at Pittsburgh 8:30 PM EST
This is always a big AFC North Rivalry, and it is no exception here. Baltimore at times has looked great. Other times, they have looked mediocre. Other times, they have looked awful. Inconsistency is what will come back to hurt The Ravens. Pittsburgh wins this game.
PIITSBURGH OVER BALTIMORE

NFL Preview: AFC East

Tom Brady already has three Super Bowl Rings, and his gunning for his fourth with his new best friend, Randy Moss.

Tom Brady has a new baby boy, and he has a new wide reciever threat as he guns for his fourth super bowl title. The Patriots made a huge addition defensively in signing former Baltimore Raven Adalius Thomas. The Patriots then traded for Randy Moss, bringing a huge Wide Reciever Threat that they did not have last season. The Patriots will finish 13-3 and win the AFC East again, no question. The Jets and the Dolphins also made big moves, but it isn't enough to stop the juggernaut of the New England Patriots. The Patriots will finish 13-3 and win the division.

How are the other teams in the AFC East doing in their quest to catch the Patriots? Well, Here'a a quick rundown.

NEW YORK JETS: The New York Jets made some more big moves in the offseason, and are not marred by controversy between a former football player/ TV Analyst ripping his Quarterback, and Vice Versa. The New York Jets lost Veteran Running Back Curtis Martin, but Replaced him with former Chicago Bears Running Back Thomas Jones. The Jets Also have Chad Pennington and Head Coach Eric Mangini, and I think the "Mangenius" will have a better year than That Other New York Team, as those guys may start looking for a new head coach after Super Bowl XLII.

PREDICTION: 9-7, 2nd Place

MIAMI DOLPHINS: The Dolphins made a couple of big moves on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. On the offensive side of the ball, the Miami Dolphins acquired QB Trent Green from Kansas City. On Draft Day, the Dolphins focused on offense, using their first pick not on Brady Quinn, but on Ted Ginn Jr, The Speedster Wide Reciever out of Ohio State. The Patriots then used their second pick on a Quarterback, selecting John Beck out of BYU. The Patriots made a huge additon on the defensive side of the ball, trading for Linebacker Joey Porter, the key member of the Pittsburgh Steelers and their Super Bowl XL Victory.

The Dolphins also released the underperforming Daunte Culpepper, who will now become a mentor to JaMarcus Russell in Oakland.

PREDICTION: 8-8, 3rd Place

BUFFALLO BILLS: The Buffalo Bills have J.P Losman and Lee Evans, but not much else. Willis McGahee is no longer with the team, and I don't care who you draft to try to replace him, you just simply cannot replace an offensive playmaker like Willis McGahee. The Bills will be lucky to win six games this year.

Prediction: 5-11, 4th Place.

My Next NFL Preview will keep us in the AFC. I will focus on the AFC North. Will the loss of Adalius Thomas and Jamal Lewis hurt the Ravens? Find out in my next Preview, coming soon.
